Real estate appraisal has remained one of Nick Manning's primary focuses over the past five years. His continuing commitment has developed into a stable platform for further growth. This portfolio provides  a   brief   description  of   Nick's accomplishments, learning objectives and future goals.

In 2006, Nick started his first non-recorded internship beside a Licensed  Real  Estate  Appraiser  while attending   Sierra   College   located   in Rocklin, California. During the summer of 2007, he began recording internship hours toward his degree. His first training was inspecting properties. This included taking interior and exterior photographs, noting interior and exterior improvements and/or remodels, taking measurements, and determining the overall condition of the property after inspection.

After understanding the basics of inspecting Nick began learning techniques for comparing properties while becoming familiar with different Multiple Listing Services throughout central California.

By May 2008, Nick had completed an Associate's Degree in Real Estate and obtained two years of hands on Real Estate Appraisal experience.

In February of 2009, Nick passed the Appraiser Trainee exam and began training under a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. This training    improved   Nick's report writing skills as he was able to review his completed reports with an experienced appraiser.

Nick enjoys practicing appraisal while continuing his education and experience with any given chance. However, Nick continuously reminds himself that competence is one of the largest factors among all appraisers at any licensing level.

If you have any questions or you're in need of a licensed, educated and experienced appraiser who is familiar with the appraisal process, please look over this portfolio and respond on the contact page.
